Very useful thanks, I'll have to pass this on to others I know who seem to have trouble with this subject.

Very good tutorial that Norm. But it should be pointed out that it applies to white women. Afro-Carribean, Asian or Oriental skins may require different values. Also male skin needs a different colour balance.
I see that you don't use this method on your portraits and go for very red skin tones instead.
