Help needed - MB

I have a Canon EOS 1000D

and need to get some shots of either uncompressed minimum of 48MB or compressed maximum of 25MB

is this possible
if so what settings etc do I need to use, pretty new with my camera so trying to self learn

to get files that size you need to shoot in RAW and the convert to TIFF
