As suggested by yelvertoft and Andy, here’s the shooting arrangement.

As I’ve posted here (http://www.worldphotographyforum.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=42949&ppuser=3028) this is a very basic setup.

LED torch was used like brush to paint with light. One side at a time.

One needs to be really careful about camera shake and movement. This may look like a small area but you need walk around from left to right and you need to really plan your steps and movements.

Setup area was roughly 5/5feet in size. Exposure time was roughly 40sec.

Sorry about this drawing quality. It's a fast one with Illustrator and Photoshop. :D

Waiting for Don’s input here too.

Andy, I'm trying out something tonight for another scale model. Let's see how it comes out.

Well Rudra, MASTER, both your sketch and the final result put me in the shade, so I am a bit light on the input front. ;) :)

All very interesting as this is not something I have tried before.
Your final image, and the sketch are saved to your folder on my pc so I can take time to study and be inspired them.
