Description: Walked out on the back deck last weekend and looked up to see this creature sitting on a branch about 20' up. Not sure who it belonged to but it looks well fed

Description: One of the most photogenic kids I have ever had the pleasure of photographing. Alex was a Flower Girl in a wedding ceremony I performed yesterday. In South Carolina Notary Publics can perform weddings ;) This was my 5th ceremony.

Harley Week Begins

Description: This is the start of a yearly Harley Week here in Myrtle Beach. We usually get about 300,000 but according to Hotel bookings, we will probably have closer to 400,000 this year. Weather couldn't be better for it.

Description: Just to show you how huge some of our clouds are. Notice the Turkey vulture in the upper left hand corner of the cloud. This cloud, incidentally, was just prior to our being under a tornado watch for several hours- usually a time when we see some of the best cloud formations.

Description: Is this not the cutest little squirrel? To think that I actually watched over this petrified little ball of fur all yesterday afternoon as I was afraid it would lose its grip and fall where the dog would get at it. Found its sibbling dead below the tree so I don't know what happened.
