POTW 03 December 2017

I am so pleased to go through so many of HI QUALITY images posted during this week that if I am to name all, I need two additional pages. Congratulating everyone for such a productive week, on top of the top quality work. Must admit my great difficulty in choosing only one image as the winner of this week. In fact if I wasn't scare of Gidders, I would chose at least 3 winner to share the title of POTW but then I remember the warning words from last year!:)

So having said that, I will go with the picture that to me, was "Love in the first sight" if such a thing exist.

Image is delicate as a poem & soft as velvet on blowing wind. Harmonic, dynamic yet with a solid impact. Though not sure why, but seems we tend to give more importance to an image that is formed in the camera rather than in post processing and I would like to confirming that I personally don't agree with this rationalization (Photography being a branch of Art, has the same golden rule of "There only rule is No Rule") but then this image is one that is actually made in the camera because of brilliance of the photographer and though may appear simple on first glance, its only backed by strongest foundation of knowledge and knowing what to do / How to do, in the part of experienced, cleaver photographer.

Please join me to Congratulate "Kyte", John for excellent musical quality creation, that is expressed by color, titled: "Woodland Walk".
