I am following this thread (honest!) just not had any free time lately. However that will change next week when myself and Caroline are having a week in the Lakes - all with days out for photography.
I have also got some new glass to test and I do intend putting both the D3 and D300 through some rigorous testing, this is really the first opportunity (besides my event work) I've had to do so.
So more soon...
Oh and I have to say, I can't personally see Nikon's reasoning behind the D700. OK it fills a price point, but I don't think it's a 'must buy' deal.
