Page 60 to 65 of the SB-600 instruction book gives info on setting the flash for Wireless Lighting.
Now to try and put it all together. I am assuming you have a free shooting bank on your D200. If you are like me then you probably have 3 free.
Select menu and highlight the camera symbol. Select Shooting Bank. All free banks will show. Select a free bank and enter. Refer to my previous post and find pages 161 to 165 and set accordingly. Now all things being equal when you want to use the pop up as a commander all you need to do is select that bank from the menu. Might be a good idea to rename the bank so you always know.
