Hi
I've recently got my Pentax K7, and it's brilliant!! I have the kit lens (18-55mm) and a telephoto zoom lens (55-300mm). As I do a lot of wildlife photography (insects reptiles etc...) I thought I would get a good quality macro lens. A Prime lens of 70mm and over (as you can't get to close to lizards and bugs without them running off) would be good. My budget is about 300-450 pounds Thanks in advance. Bertie ![]()

Bertie, I use the Sigma 105 macro lens with my K7. Bought as a complete impulse buy when one of the Jessops stores was closing a few years ago, no-one wanted Pentax fit so it was on the shelf for a silly low price, I love it to bits. If find it a far more versatile lens than I ever imagined a 105 prime lens could be.

Hi,
I've looked at some images taken with it and it looks awesome. Thanks for the advice.
