Sorry I am late I have been down with flu or whatever is going around.
Okay a few nice choices Blue by Robski is a very good shot, although left me wondering what kind of a bird it is. Combine by Ade G was another one that peaked my interest along with Street Photography by Adey Baker. But in the end it was Nigel's Hawker that really caught my eye. I see Dragonfly's and Damsels all the time but have yet to get one as clear and sharp as this. Great shot Nigel. |

Great choice and truly difficult to catch a sharp flying creature, let alone the extend of beauty as shown in this image.

The bird is a Cyanistes caeruleus or a plain old blue tit very common in the UK

Thanks Dave. Finally nailing a dragon in flight I put down to the cooler morning as this guy was patrolling much more sedately than they normally do in mid-summer.
