Totally agree, its part of the image making process, and as photographers we should not accept what comes out of the camera as the end result of the process. Obviously there are situations when its OK, as in the case of a well exposed record shot, but these are not exactly fineart

I was playing with a shot this morning that I took recently, you wont believe what has actually been done to get the end result.
