Smile Camera Harness

I am looking to buy a camera harness owing to neck pain, stiffness in neck. I mostly use for taking photos of birds and wildlife a Nikon camera with a Sigma 150-500 zoom also have a pair of Swarovski 8 x 42 Binoculars, all this goes round my neck and can be a bit heavy depending on how far I walk. One harness I have seen and fancy is the Trekking Safari Classic. It has clips for both Binns and Camera. At present I have a camera sling on the Nikon camera and another sling attached to the tripod mount on the Sigma Lens as a back up to try to keep some of the weight of the Lens, of the camera/lens join. If I use a shoulder harness then the camera would only be attached to the harness by the one sling. My worry is that this set up, might put some extra strain on this joint and might cause damage to the camera or lens because the weight of the lens would just be supported by the camera. If anybody has any ideas about this they would be most welcome.
