Hummmm.
Not sure if I need to read and decode in Sanskrit/Latin , Hebrew/Arabic, Chines/Japanese or Binary language from which to which side or CW/CCW but don't think the pink color of football player has anything to do with Breast cancer. Not sure if his expression is in line of "Don't" or an emotion either. Now how to add it to high class lens or "Photo" and a doughnut! "Sweet"... I need to think a bit more to digest. May be I need a doughnut and coffee!

The crossed arms is signalling something relevant but it's not football... I will also say that the lens was specifically chosen and is not just a generic lens.

I've no idea what the answer is but the lens is a Canon 400mm f4 DO lens, we also have a DOughnut & maybe Sassan is right that the footballer's expression/crossed arms signify DOn't but I'm not sure where that leaves us

Explanation is helping but as all saying I have no idea either, yet.

To ask again, how do we read this? That is elements of the image are to be put together in left to right / right to left/ Clockwise or counter clockwise order?
