Macro Flash HELP!
I have taken a shot and placed it in the Gallery. Apart from cropping and sizing it is as taken. Could our Flash Guru's please look at it as regards lighting and comment accordingly. I know dof is out. Its the light/exposure I'm interested in. Thank you.

Andy,
Manual now downloaded. 134 pages to read through then I should hopefully understand this bit of kit.  Post your next image here with all relevant details including lens to subject distance, and we will try to be of assistance. If you are using the SB600 as the trigger that distance could be important. Too close and most of the flash output from it will hit the background which is fine if you realize that at the time and its what you want. Does your kit include the Speedlight Commander ? Don

Thanks Don. On the test shot I used the SB600 as trigger and forgot to mention it had a Stofen Diffuser on it. I do have the Speedlight Commander as well and will shortly post some images with relevant details - thanks for your trouble,
