Default Spiritual Reading ... print versions please?

I've failed to copy/paste a manageable version of the most informative 4 stickies at top of this sub-forum ... are there print versions handy, please?
If not I'll be able to patch together what I have but it's so well thought out and well written (& so much is badly written in manuals) that I would like to have a tidy copy by my bedside, on the bus, in departure lounges etc.

No I'm not going to steal it & mess it around, add a few sexy photos, slap up an intro, contents, summary & index, have it leatherbound and 10,000 first edition printed at a handsome profit ... hummm, a paperback edition, now that's another matter !!!

Default Talk about practical help ...

Thank you Duncan. I am much obliged to you for the best notes on camera usage I have ever read.

And to think, from your profile, there's no indication that you know one end of a camera from the other ... a maestro of understatement as well as everything else.

... that settles it; I'm deleting feather plucker off my profile, NOW
