Default fujifilm s1500

Hello to everyone on here

i recently purchased a fujifilm s1500 10megapixal camera
only used the camera a few times and everything seems fine.
i was just wundering if anyone knew if it was possible to get lens filters for this camera.

You need an adaptor off amazon - this will make the lens take 72mm threads http://www.amazon.co.uk/JJC-Adapter-...0522986&sr=8-1

that's a pretty advanced camera. What filters do you need? what is the lens diameter Fujifilm cameras are the best

Default s1500 fuji film

lens is fujinon 12xoptical zoom lens f/2.8 (wide angle) - 5 (telephoto)
the manual dose not say what the diameter of the lens is but ive mesured it and is 42mm i was trying to find lens to use on bright sunny days (hopefully)
im heading to southport air show next month which is all on the beach so i thought some type of filter would help get better shots.

You won't find filters for the lens on its own - it doesn't have a filter thread to screw in. With the adaptor you will be able to fit 72mm thread filters.

Mark, for airshow photography, I doubt if using a filter will help with that camera. See my comment on your Mustang shot.
