For those who have the LANDSCAPE MODE on the cam, I found this MODE useful to be able to shoot through glass in a pinch.

Last night I tried the camera's claim of reasonable sharpness through glass to see what results I got. Except for a bit of glare from an over bright sign, the rest of the image is quite good. Also, this was taken at an angle to the glass as well.

This setting may come in handy - in a pinch - when travelling and one cannot open a window in a hotel or..............
