Canon 40D ISO

Default Canon 40D ISO

I seem to be having problems changing the ISO setting. In AV mode with auto ISO off, I can only set it to 200iso upwards, should it be possible to set it to 100iso ?. Any help on this, probable user error!.

Steve, have you set the camera to highlight priorty in C.FIII-3 in this mode you can only go from 2oo-16oo you can tell if the zero's are small.
