Volcan Poas

Description: The photo is from a birding tour in Costa Rica Jan 2005 .Poas is a semi-conical volcano with multiple calderas in its top.At the bottom of the crater there is a sulfur-rich,acid lake.The National Park has a great natural diversity with many different birds.
