Description: After a day birding in the island of Yapen in the Geelvink bay I came back to the village where I was staying to find this bird in one of the huts. The owner explained to me that it going to be handfed and when it can fly it's going to fly to the jungle and comeback to the house for the night. I saw the same thing in the island of Numfor but this time it was a Cockatoo that spent the night with the people and flew to the forest at the same time I was going birding.....amaizing.
