Description: Royal Hudson #2860 was one of the last group of five more Royal Hudson locomotives for the CPR, built in June 1940 by Montreal Locomotive Works. These last five were numbered 2860 through 2864, Most recently used for day tripping from Vancouver to Squamish. Currently havinfg about $300,000 of work done on it.

Vancouver's port facilty which was the Canada Pavilion during Expo 86 now handles 5 ships at a time and is currently undergoing construction beside it to more than double capacity

Built in 1827, Fort Langley was part of the Hudson's Bay Company's network of fur trading posts across what is now Western Canada. In response to the gold rush, which attracted many Americans, British Columbia was proclaimed a Crown Colony at Fort Langley in 1858.

Description: Fisgard Lighthouse was built in 1860 as the first permanent lighthouse on Canada's west coast. It is now part of a National park along with Fort Rodd Hill - a coast artillery fort built in the late 1890s to defend Victoria and the Esquimalt Naval Base.
