The best lunch for Saga pedos

Description: This beautifull and very tiny grashopper = Leptophyes albovittata I found in Lower Austria and also in the Nestos Gorge of NE/Greece. I �ve done a photo-shooting series of about 70 fotos with a green Mantis relgiosa eating all uo one of this tiny grashopper...

Description: A Saga pedo not really happy with this view so far away of the bottom of grassy bushes, where is the life-area of that bug. This Saga pedo had the size of good 10cm.

Description: This beetle has just a size of 1,5 to 10mm and often foundet on the flowers of Astrantia major. Worth while to observe for some time this beautifull coloured friend!

Description: Lacerta viridis ssp. viridis = Emerald Lizard found in the montains of Thassos Island /Greece. The blue colored one is the male animal and he needs this colour to atract the female one...

Description: In the "xerotherme dryland vegetation" in the Pannonicum of Easter Austria we can found theese very colorfull butterfly - quite easy to take pictues, with some patience.

We love hanging high...!

Description: These little beauties(only 2mm large) keep hanging on the upper edge of dry grases, where it is alsways a little be colder, than down on the earth. Found on Bisamberg near Vienna in Lower Austria.

Description: A green Mantis religiosa female during lunch with a grashopper Leptophyes albovittata. I have done a photo-shooting of 70 pictures of the whole lunchtime until anything was eaten by the M.R.

Description: Saga Pedo female and Mantis relgiosa female green copy(in Eastern Austria exist also brown copies) during a photo-shooting with Pablito�s Macro-World. This insects are very beautifull and I had a lot of fun with them climbing over my hand and to try to keep them on my hand without moving...
