Dazzling Dhu Varren with a bit more colour

Description: This photograph was taken with the R6, handheld at 1/60 of a sec, iso 25600 at f8 - I didn't have time to experiment with settings because of the rain. I'm interested on your views in comparison to the first photograph. It was taken with the 7d on a tripod f22 for 10 secs, iso 320. Hopefully I will get back with the R6 to try it with the tripod.

Description: Residents have lit up their homes as our town Christmas Tree has not been lit this year and is sitting in the dark. I'm experimenting in taking this photograph and any advice will be gratefully received. Taken with a tripod and just as I was about to take the photograph, the rain started and quite heavy too! Typical me!!

Description: An abstract image of Early Sunrise Coreopsis growing in our garden. Used 9 stops of ND filters to get a long exposure, then moved the camera down after releasing the shutter.

Noctilucent Clouds

Description: On Tuesday night after Midnight I noticed Noctilucent Clouds but was too scared to go out. Tonight I discovered the photograph isn't too bad. Shot taken through a dirty window, hand held with a 1/25 sec shutter - ISO 51200 and a shaky hand!! It's not perfect but I'm happy. Any advice would be welcome. I didn't want to start setting up a tripod. I think I used manual focus.

Description: Infra red shots taken with a Sigma SD14, which due to it's Foveon sensor sees IR primarily in the red. The SD14 is easily converted to IR by simply removing the dust filter - no tools needed.
