Great Bustard 2 year old male

Description: this was shot in the Wylye valley in wiltshire UK. One of only 15 resident in the UK and released by the Gt Bustard trust in 2005. Idendtified by the lack of wing tags which this bird removed shortly after release in 2005. The bird is currently living with a flock of swans where it is quite happy and is currently learning the art of mating by displaying. shot on a Pentax K10D with a Pentax A*300mm f4 with a pentax AF 1.7 x extender. Not as sharp as I would have liked but a unique shot of a Russian/UK collaboration to re-introduce a species that has been exctinct in the UK for more than 150 years but is still part of the county crest of Wiltshire

Description: Put together from 7 different locations, reflections added by inverted, re-scaled images. Not sure if it works but was good practice in manipulating 13 layers. Not sure if it was worth the effort though:-(
