Flowering Weeping Cherry

Description: It's Cherry Blossom time and the gigantic weeping cherry tree in front of our house was in full bloom yesterday. This was supposed to be a dwarf tree when we planted it. I guess nobody told the tree! Made with an Olympus E-M1 Mk II and M.Zuiko Digital ED 12-40mm F2.8 PRO lens. Shot at 30mm (60mm FFE), f/8, 1/100 Sec, ISO-200, handheld. Developed in OM Workspace and processed in Affinity Photo.

Description: It's a twisty steep climb in places (only fell over once, no damage to me or camera). There's almost a complete panoramic view from the top.This hill is 1195 ft above sea level.

Bed and Breakfast Television House

Description: This house featured in a programme, celebrities stayed here, a different person each week and visited local attractions in the area. There was a 'resident' chef who cooked their meals with the celeb helping. Many people believed this to be a real bed and breakfast but it was only a backdrop for the programme. Showed off the North Coast to great effect imo.

Description: I know there are lots of terrible things going on in the world but reading today that this iconic tree at Sycamore Gap has been wilfully cut down overnight by some mindless moron both saddens and angers me. I have previously put a couple of other shots up of this famous tree so here is a slightly different view.

Description: No pot of gold though. I initially saw the other end through some trees and walked quickly to a place further on where I could get a view of this end. I could see it fading as I walked but it seemed to brighten up enough for a few photos. Taken on the same day as the AM shot, but this is pm, on my evening dog walk. I'm having to use my Panasonic TZ35 from 2013 as my TZ60 died and can't be revived!
