Description: ...Well at least it used to be. The first ever drive through pharmacy by Boots in the UK - good use of an existing building I think, and they are very efficient too.

Description: In an effort to keep myself busy, I invited my grandson to pose for me yesterday - he's 6 months old now. Unfortunately the natural light wasn't brilliant and I didn't want to upset him by using flash. This meant that a lot of the photos were a bit "soft". This is my favourite of the bunch.

Description: I have just spend a week in India on business mostly in Pune but I had a day off in Mumbai before flying back to UK. I was sitting outside a mall when two children started begging. I watched them for a while trying to get a few rupees from passengers of tuk-tuks; mostly they were waved away. I took a quick snapshot of them, gave them a donation and then went back inside the mall to cool down. On arriving back home, most of the photo had camera shake, so I have processed just one of the children using dodge & burn and then used crosshatch. I liked the expression on her face.

Description: A montage of 96 different beach huts. Original shots were taken on a very dull day indeed, so I had to do something a bit different with them, or just hit delete 96 times! I've really enjoyed putting this together...it's just a matter of knowing when to stop tweaking! Hope you enjoy

Description: I came across this photo whilst searching my back-catalogue. It was taken last year at a holiday cottage we had rented in Northumberland. The place really was a time-warp and I thought this made a good "documentary" shot. I've given it a "watercolour" effect inspired by the watercolours hanging on the wall.
