Description: Lucky to catch this 125 year old steam locomotive arrive and depart from the Spa Valley railway station in Tunbridge Wells. This locomotive is the sole surviving example of a pure McIntosh engine in Britain.

Description: This is a one-way street but during a snow storm on Wednesday, traffic could not get up the steep hill at the end of this road and had to turn and come back.

Search and Rescue

Description: While in Portballintrae the Search and Rescue helicopter passed, on route to Portrush Ramore Head where someone had fallen off the cliff on to rocks below. The authorities carried out the rescue and the person transported to hospital. This is the second time, this year, someone has fallen off those cliffs, I've been up there many times in gales but safe. I thought the scale of the 'wee' helicopter in the big wide open sky showed the brilliant work these guys do.

Description: A few shots from last month as I've not been out this week because of incapacitated wife with shoulder injury and a dog that needed a scan at the vets which revealed nothing untoward-probably a food allergy so a change of diet, and a hole in my bank balance. I tried to get the aircraft directly above the balloon but it was too quick.

Description: Visiting Ballycastle, this super craft, Kaos, is worth 241 million belonging to Walmart heiress Nancy Walton. The craft has drawn big interest around our N I Coastline. The mountain (just visible) in the background is Scotland.
