I have had a go at smoothing the water into the rest of the lake.

I find that I've learned an awful lot on this thread, things that I knew PS could do but I didn't know how. Thanks, guys!

Count me in again; been trying for some time but the right effect is difficult, however I offer this one just for comment (or not, if it's rubbish)
