I thought this is part of a convertable older car, may be side bumper, near hood where you may see a part of heat vents and may be a retractable front windsheild. But then must admit, still not much clue otherwise.

Is this an outdoor picture/ subject is a part of nature?

The photo was taken outdoors could have be taken indoors and is not a part of nature. It's man assembled.

The whole thing can be carried / held in one hand.

No metal, liquid but not water as such.

Now I am thinking of "Ice" of some sort. but not sure about anything else.
