My 1st digital vis a vis was at "philips electronic show " long time back.They had 1mag digital cam with FDD as storage,offered rate 60 grands.On demo , I find the image was very grainy(what we call today as noise) .But I would say this was the 1st cam which made me see the numerous possibility despite with all inherent disadvantages
My 2 nd encounter was while buying a Chirstmes gift for my brother in law.It was Canon, 2meg digital cam,Image was neat and very sharp. I was very impressed . That was the camera that set me to go digital.
And my 1 st digital cam is by Olympus E-500 ,5meg,offered arte 70 grand.Very neat and intutive.
But being the Nikon man, I jumped to D-70 immediately afterward,Till date I find all the digital cam has surpassed my expectation.Ithink I will stay between 6 to 10 maeg cam.B'coz my reqiurment is mainly to refine my photographic skills and share with you all
