* scan it on 3 ..4 .. or 5 times for each part of it and then collage them on photoshop .

* or in the studio with a good smart lightning shot it by the camera .. and put the photo on a chair or on the ground and try to get the fit and scale right ..

thats it .. possible is nothing :cool:
