As a newbie (joined last night) I've already had comments form Mo on the pictures I've posted. From these I can see that (perhaps unusually for very prolific posters) Mo's comments are useful, encouraging & thought out, not just a seen this/me too post as I've seen on other forums.

To manage such a high number of quality posts is truly impressive! Thanks Mo.
