Hi,

I am new here so I am still feeling my way around, hoping not to get lost on the way ...

So here is my attempt at flying insects, no special macro lens, just a 300mm, f/4, with an x-tube, ISO 400, f/10, 1/60 with flash, D300....

I'd thought I would wake this thread up with one my efforts today. Bugs have been flying for ages in the UK so no excuse. Where have you been hiding Christine :D

Two nice one's Rob, I was only thinking about posting a couple myself tonight but you beat me to it.

I thought I'd wake Christine up with this one.

A Bee Fly in flight - could of done with a higher shutter speed and a bit more depth of field, but at least the pollen on the legs is in focus

Wow, Rob that is sharp. I am going to have to get my camera out. He! He!:D
