This has not been taken using an electron microscope!

sassan 08-02-16 16:14

Is it part of an electric device?

graham harcombe 08-02-16 18:28

No Sassan - not part of an electric device

robski 08-02-16 19:04

plastic coat hangers ?

postcardcv 08-02-16 19:28

Crayons...?

graham harcombe 08-02-16 19:47

Not coat hangers nor crayons.

sassan 08-02-16 19:54

To me looks like several circular plastic color things that are emerged from same location, as I see with Light Pole / Light hanger/cover but then seems not... So what could it be? A sort of fancy fence or a stirring device.

robski 08-02-16 20:26

graham harcombe 19-02-16 20:11

Yes Sassan, it is. I thought it may have been a bit more obscure and encouraged a couple of comments, but you have it in one :-) ...well done,

Specially still two more vertical ones are still left to be installed and wife is bugging on daily basis! Has to do it soon.

Sassan, is the attachment supposed to provide an enlargement? From the small version it looks like a pencil ...point first.

No.
Not an enlargement or macro image.
In fact this is good size item.

sassan 24-02-16 03:19

But then Graham you are right to say that this is a pointy, Conical subject, similar to a pencil tip. But a lot larger and no way as sharp.

Tugboat 25-02-16 00:00

no idea! looks like a fried egg, but I know that is not right!

Larger than that.
A lot softer.
Not hot.
Conical and not flat.

But then the greatest hint is that if you look at recent gallery pages, incidentally another good photographer has place an exact similar object in his image that is recently uploaded!!!
The one in that image is identical in appearance to this.
