Thanks to all for voting in the last challenge.

Fortnightly challenge - From Sunday 26th September to Sunday 9th October 2010

Topic: Energy (think power, get-up and go, vigour, success - in fact anything energy related)

Posting of entries

The challenge will be open for all members to post entries, and will run for two weeks, from 00:00 hrs GMT on Sunday 26th September through to 24:00 hrs GMT Sunday 9th October 2010

Period of Judgment

A three day poll will be opened in this thread on the morning of Sunday 9th October.

In the event of a tie, the voting period will be extended for a further period of 24 hours.

The winner picks a new challenge for the following Fortnightly Challenge period and starts a new thread.

1. One photo per member.
2. To be taken during the posting period noted above. (I know you will be honest here).
3. The photo must include exif data if possible with date and time.
4. This may seem harsh but no comments from any members to be included in the thread as this would make it harder if there is a lot of photos for the voters to go through.
5. Post your entry as an attachment directly in this thread.

Enjoy.
;)

Thanks All for the kind words. I actually thought that several shots were much more technically challenging, and therefore probably more deserving, than mine ---- but I'm glad I won-----:). And now onwards and upwards to the next challenge.

Ha! Nice one. The names Pat, I should add it to my posts. Doh!!

Peter Waites 15-10-10 13:07

Cheers Pat, I'm mostly known as Pete.

With regards to next week comp I think the most famous wheel that we all have seen and will never see again hopefully is that wheel that brought all the miners to the surface, I think everyone in the world must remember for years to come that white wheel that turned one way and then another for days. Thank god their all out. I maybe should have put this in the new thread but I don't want to do the wrong thing.

Peter Waites 15-10-10 13:32

I agree Shirley. It was a very moving occasion to see the last man out. They must be very level-headed and tough men and I hope they go on to lead happy peaceful and prosperous lives.

Himself 15-10-10 14:39

Did you notice that they came out Jaun by Jaun? I'll now head for cover:p
