Fortnightly Challenge 14 JUNE to midnight 28th June - WATER

This fortnight's challenge is WATER - you need to take an image that contains water. Any kind of water. the sea, a lake, a pond, a running tap, water droplets, dew..the sky is the limit.

I can't do the poll but a moderator has promised to do it in my absence.

Fortnightly Challenge is open to all members of WPF. The challenge will be run on (GMT) time.

Post your photo in this thread any time from 14th June to midnight 28th June.

Then a 3 day poll will be placed in this thread for voting on the photo you like best in this challenge.

Please give your photo a title.

The winner picks a challenge for the following fortnight and starts a new thread... in case of a draw the majority of members are happy with the 1st entry to start up the new challenge, which saves us having to do another vote.

1. One photo per member
2. To be taken during period stated above
3. The photo must include exif data with date and time
4. Post your entry as one attachment directly in this thread
5. No discussion of entries in the thread
6. Do not post any entries in the gallery until after the voting has finished

To create a poll :
* go to top of thread and in Thread Tools press 'Add a poll to this thread'.
[note: only the starter of this thread can see this option.]
* In the update options box change the number 2 to how many have entered.
* In each box put the title of the entered photos.
* In close poll, put 3 days.
* Submit new poll.

Looks like I'm "it" by the rules. Although personally I voted for Clive's excellent shot.
I'll think of something and post another comp. soon.

Well done Peter, sorry I haven't been around since I set the theme up. 2 weeks in sunny Tenerife with a nasty incident to boot......I had all of my camera equipment stolen, so I now have nothing left. Canon 60D, 4 lenses, plus filters and bits and bobs. Hoping Im fully covered with contents insurance, just gathering together my proof of purchase for them.

I am furious and totally gutted about the theft, from the boot of my car. Will join in again, once I have equipment again.

Thanks DD and sincere commiserations on the loss of your kit. I hope the insurance claim proceeds smoothly.

I am really sorry to hear of your very bad luck, it sucks that there are people out there who do things like this. I do hope that your insurance company don't mess you about and that you can quickly get it sorted and get out shooting again. If you have a record of the serial numbers of your gear then post them up here so that our members can keep and eye out for them.

The police hinted that they will probably be in or on their way to Morocco by now................need to dig out the camera serial number
