Well whenever I arrange a proverb/idiom, I think its the easiest of all but then you never know how it is taken and more over, anytime you know the answer to a puzzle, you know how easy it is. Problem is when answer is not know.

In any case, in your submission, I am puzzled if this has anything to do with the coming season? Something like "Spring is in the Air"?
