Training DVD's and CS3

Has anyone any experience of Training DVD's and Photoshop. I'm thinking of investing in one for the Wacom tablet to help me get to grips with this piece of kit. Are they a good place to start? Do they help or are they assuming a good level of knowledge to start with? Has anyone any recommended training DVD's?

Learning DVD's

Hi Andy,
Try the Lynda Learning DVD's. I have found them ok, but be careful as they are not cheap.
