Manipulated in Photoshop cs3 what you think it’s very noisy taken using Nikon D200 and the Sigma 105mm DG macro lens DSC 0006 is the original shot, E1DSC 0006 is 1st edit, E2DSC 0006 is the latest edit

not sure any work as landscapes Hugh, but the middle shot (first edit)works for me and in many ways to my eye the noise adds....Lee

HI Lee, thanks for your reply, yes definitely not a landscape shot although that was the original intension when I took the shot I was very disappointed when I got home and checked it out on the computer , the lack of detail almost made me bin it, but decided to give it a try as a manipulated cloud shot in photoshop the result I think was quite interesting, especially edit 2 looks almost like I took a holiday snap on Jupiter , I’m going to give it a try with canvas conversion in photosh, edit 1 is interesting but not so dramatic as edit 2

Hi lee what do you think of this
The original idea was to catch a detailed photo of a Gnats in flight, but ether the gnats weren’t cooperating or the camera shaking, certainly not me, hand holding a macro lens which, for a shot like this is difficult for a professional, never mind an amateur like me, so instead of wasting the shot, I decided to work on it in Photoshop CS 3, and came up with this which, I thought was quite interesting.
