Birds in flight

I would have liked a bit more detail of the body fathering, shame about the background on E_2DC_0085, the crop on E_2_DSC_2486 is out what you think

the third pic for me is the best because the tern is really "crisp" and sharp. However I think there is a bit too much background. Try to make the background out of focus. The mallards as well are a little out of focus. But flight photography is tricky, so don't give up!

Birds in flight can be a real challenge. #1 & #2 are just a little out of focus. #3 is a good one but I think a little tighter crop would be good. #4 is ok except the wing is over the terns face, just bad luck. Good work all around, Hugh.

Hi Dan thank you
The Tern were a lot more difficult than there Mallards, the tern unless its hovering at the right angle it’s too fast to lock onto

I wish I could get more decent in flight shots. I have a friend who routinely gets beauties.
