Photo borders
Did somebody ask how to draw borders (I can't find the thread)?
Try downloading 'The Gimp'. It's free and almost as good as Elements, but not quite so user friendly. Once you have the Gimp running, you'll need to go to 'Script-Fu' then 'decor'. The image will have to be flattened before saving. |
