A usefull site

I came across this on another forum and i like the idea. Good if you are looking for a new camera bag for your slr. I hope in time it will expand with more bags and maybe more cameras.

Ollie,

I think I'm on my sixth camera bag and I am still not satisfied! I don.t think this site would be any good for me, there's not a camera bag out there big enough for the stuff I want to carry.

Cheers

I have a cracking bag its Jessops own The largest one. It holds everything for me. Canon 30D with 100-400mm lens attached 75-300mm 18-55mm. 580 flashgun, 3 ext tubes, 2 converters, 1 jessops new type of table top tripod small but weighs quite a bit. Stophen flash cover, 1 folding flash cover, 1 Folding 18" reflector. 1 Flashtrax hard disk plus power lead, 2 extra batteries 2 extra flashcards, sensor sweep cleaning gear and a couple of free spaces underneath the camera. and an empty pocket on the end. The best Birthday present off my daughter and son-law it holds everything and is extremely well made.

You will have to post a pic Christine. Just to prove its not a motorised golf cart. :D :D

All makes my bag look a bit tame. Body, 2 lenses, and possibly a flash. Down to one lens only if I take bins. I'm really pushing the boat out if I take 3 lenses. Special event. :)

I get a fair amount of stuff in my little bag. Its a jessops own case.
I carry one body, 2 lenses, 2 spare batterys, portable storage unit, 6x memory cards in a case, binoculars, high viz vest, 2 books, airband, food, water bottle, 2 filters and sensor cleaning kit. Still enough room for waterproof jacket/sun block and sunglasses depending on the weather.

Hi. Sounds like a good-sizes bag - do you have a reference for it? Cheers.

Birdsnapper its the Pacific range Palmyra 360x195x185mm JESPBPB. Forgot to add price.£49.99 You can get an extra body in where I have the ext Tubes in the 4th photo the go with the cable is under the body of the main camera. I had to jiggle with the velcro compartments to get it how I wanted it but it does hold a lot.
