Question for the experts!!!

Took this shot at a friends 50th.She does not like having her photo taken, but she did like this shot, but the obvious stares one in the face!!!,the hand on the shoulder, with the terrible finger nails. Is there any way at all that the hand could be removed.Hazel does not mind if the top is changed ie green /yellow.I have just removed the red eye and re-sized for this shot.I only use Elements 4.0.We would quite happily pay a small fee to anyone who could achieve the impossible.
Any ideas.
Many thanks,
Christine

Photo posted.Hand is in an awkward place, half on the outside of photo and half on the photo itself. Will take a miracle to remove.!!!

Here is another with some of the red taken out and the other person behind on the right. I can put the colour back if you prefer it stronger.

Christine it wasn't to difficult you should have a go you can use the clone tool in elements to do the same thing. All I did was use the clone tool to select a small section of the various colours so they matched. I had to guess at the pattern under the fingers I hope it looks right. If you have a photo with more pattern showing, I can probably pinch a bit of that.
