Anyone used them lately? I put an order in for some memory late November, order confirmed 28/11/07 and supposedly despatched 30/11 it never arrived. Have now e-mailed them on 5 occasions starting 4/12, written a letter and none have been replied to. I tagged the last e-mail and it replied saying e-mail unread and deleted with the time and date of deletion.

Their customer phone helpline according to the voicemail recording "temporarily unavailable and has been for some time.

Used them in the past so am perplexed as to what's going on and what steps to take, anyone?

According to PC Advisor Since June and the move to Guernsey they seem to have gone down the pan - people paying for items "not in stock" - no refunds and they delete e-mails you send them blocking future correspondence - sorry Stewart- happy new year by the way!!!

Terrible news Stewart...I hope Barclaycard can do something for you.
It's more than a bit naughty for them to take your money and not issue a refund.

If they are operating out of Guernsey then the Guernsey Trading Standards should be able to help, drop them an email at [email protected] copy in the States of Guernsey Police as this company appears to be taking money under false pretences :- [email protected]
