Antelope Canyon

As we've had quite a few shots of Antelope Canyon appearing in the gallery recently, I thought people might like to see this:

An excellent link, thanks. Another interesting twist on the story is that the Navajo were driven there by successive land grabs of fertile land until they ended up in places where nothing would grow.

Navajo charge to enter their land, so the last laugh lies with them. Good for them.

I was over in the US last year and drove right past it (well... 50 miles past it, but cose enough)

I did the Grand Canyon and Bryce Canyon, but Antelope was a bit off our route back to Salt Lake.

I was car sharing with 4 others (non photographers) so majority vote was to skip it.
Need to go in with a guide too due to occasional flash floods, so not as easy as turning up and wandering in

I may go back one day :D
