saving file
Hi
in photoshop whets the deferens in saving in baseline standard, baseline optimized and progressive,I just noticed I have been saving progressive by default should I be bothered Hugh http://hughsphotoshop.com/ |
Optimized and progressive are both options for saving images for the web. Optimized should give a smaller file size and should be used when one wants a maximum compression. Progressive will make the image appear in the browser first in a low-resolution image first while downloading the higher resolution (like the interlaced option for png files).
Baseline gives maximum quality |
