again excellent shots mate...love them, sharpness is superb. Do you use live specimens i take it from the discription you do, and if so where do you get them from. are they pets?
I saw an article in amatuer photographer last week about this kind of work, although it was about super macro the guy was using dead specimens and getting a hell of alot closer and placing the subject on a pin and using half a pingpong ball behind as a defuser. Amazing article well worth a read. |

Amazed at the DOF, especially in the first one. Stacked shots? They must stay very still for you (or rather waiting for their prey) if that is so!

hi mate, I didn't realise you weren't in the uk, I'd imagine specimens like that would be tricky to get here. Being in malaysia I'd imagine they are a lot easier to get. I've been to malaysia, ie KL, penang, melaka, and port stephens. Lovely places.
