I thought Photoshop TV http://www.photoshoptv.com/ may be of interest to newbies as well as experienced Photoshoppers alike.

This is a weekly production and can be downloaded and viewed free of charge (although you do need to subscribe, email address only) via itunes. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

I have been using PS for some years now (still not very knowledgable) and find some of the tips given to be of immense value.

If you,ve not tried it, give it a go. I consider photoshop TV to be well worth the download, as this is American you will find the adverts and chatter a little annoying, but the knowledge you gain far outweighs the slight annoyment.
