I saw this earlier Stephen and thought of you.:)
I saved a slightly different link http://www.capturenx.com/ Don |
Thanks Don,
A much better link, graphically informative rather than a dry specification. Minimum specification looks interesting, breath held until May! |
It looks good, and IMO indicates that Nikon are getting their act together. But I do hope that users of NC 4 will not have to fork out the full whack for NC NX.

The is no upgrade version of NX at discount price but registered Nikon Capture 4 users are entitled to £35 cashback.
See here http://www2.europe-nikon.com/newsdet...itorialId=2187 If the full price is £120 as expected then an 'upgrade' is £85 with a bit of missing around. |
I think you've made a typo. The link you give says that the cashback is £50 for UK residents. So that means that NX is £70 after the cashback. I am sure that some shops will sell NX cheaper. I have seen NC4 going for £90 at legit shops. So for say £30 to upgrade, well it might be worth it. Sadly there is a deadline which seems a bit mean. I wonder what the terms on future upgrades will be?
