Flickr copyright?
 

I was told by a friend that when you post on Flickr you agree to T&C's that they can use your photo without asking / informing you. Anyone know if that's true or false? As far as I can see the photograph keeps the copyright.

I have not found anything to agree with my friend so think its not true. Unless you know better.
