Focal Reducer for 4/3 etc

It was something I never thought could be possible or scientifically correct but seems such a thing exists and is actually and physically possible:
Focal Reducer Speed Booster adapter
Has anyone got any experience with one of these specially in relation to Olympus, Panasonic 4/3 mirroless camera bodies or Sony NX?
